The Basta Store does not store your payment details.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
-Product unavailability
-Pricing or listing errors
-Suspicious or fraudulent transactions
In case of cancellation from our end, a full refund will be processed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Delivery timelines vary based on location and courier services.
Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

-Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products.
-Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
-An unboxing video is mandatory for verification.
-Products must be unused and in original condition.
-Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
