1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.
If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, our team will contact you before processing your order.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
For Partial COD orders, processing begins only after the 20% advance payment is successfully received.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary based on your location:
Metro Cities: 5-13 business days
Other Cities / Towns: 15-20 business days
Remote Areas: 15-20 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by:
Courier partner delays
Weather conditions
Local restrictions or unforeseen circumstances

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout.
Any additional charges, such as COD fees (if applicable), will be shown before order confirmation.
Free shipping offers, if running, are subject to promotional terms and conditions.

5. Payment & Shipping Options

We offer the following payment methods:
🔹 Full Online Payment
100% payment via PayU (Credit Card / Debit Card / UPI / Net Banking)
Orders are shipped after successful payment confirmation
🔹 Partial Cash on Delivery (COD)
20% advance payment to be made online at checkout
Remaining 80% payable as Cash on Delivery
Order is shipped only after advance payment is received
COD amount must be paid in full at the time of delivery

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for selected pin codes only
Our delivery partners may require:
A valid mobile number
Address confirmation
Repeated refusal or failure to accept delivery may result in COD being disabled for future orders

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
A tracking ID via Email / SMS / WhatsApp
A courier tracking link to monitor your shipment

8. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, the order may be returned to us

9. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Shipments

If you receive:
A damaged product
An incorrect item
A missing package
Please contact us within 28 hours of delivery with:
Order ID
Photos or videos (if applicable)
WhatsApp message
This helps us resolve the issue quickly.

10. Shipping Delays Disclaimer

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, The basta store is not responsible for delays caused by:
Courier companies
Natural calamities
Government restrictions
Force majeure events
